La prenotazione si intende accettata dal momento dell’invio di una e-mail di conferma da parte del B&B e alla ricezione del bonifico bancario pari al 20%  del costo del soggiorno da parte del cliente, o salvo diversi accordi.

La caparra versata non è rimborsabile.

Nel caso in cui per motivi imprevedibili, la camera prenotata si rendesse indisponibile per cause di forza maggiore sarà nostra cura trovare un’altra sistemazione con le stesse caratteristiche o rendere interamente la somma ricevuta come caparra al cliente che non vanterà ulteriori pretese.

Con la prenotazione si intende accettato integralmente il regolamento.

Deposits are not refundable.
In the case that for unforeseeable reasons, the room that you have booked became unavailable, we will find another place with the same characteristics or refund the full amount received as a deposit to the customer with the reservation.
